Влияние неравенства в благосостоянии на доступ к образованию

Abstract

The estimation of the impact of inequality in household’s welfare to the access to each level of education in the whole country and in the territorial aspect is carried out in the article. Inequality in access to education for low-income individuals is expressed, firstly, in the disparities to access to quality education as the general and professional, and secondly, by the inability of the material costs for the compensation of gaps in the education (for ex.: tutors, courses). The low level of education of the household members is negatively affects on the welfare of households, increasing the inequality.A fost efectuată evaluarea impactului inegalităţii în bunăstarea gospodăriilor casnice la accesul la educaţie a fiecărui nivel în general pe ţară şi în profil teritorial. Inegalitatea în accesul la educaţie pentru persoanele puţin asigurate se exprimă, în primul rând, în inegalitatea accesului la o educaţie de calitate, atât generală, cât şi profesională, în al doilea rând, în imposibilitatea de a efectua cheltuieli materiale pentru a compensa lacunele în educaţie (preparatori, cursuri). Nivelul educaţional scăzut a membrilor gospodăriilor casnice negativ acţionează asupra bunăstării gospodăriilor casnice, amplificând inegalităţii.
