Abstract

Nowadays, nobody doubts that a good and well thought strategic management in the context of today's economy is the most important and fundamental condition for the success of any company. In general terms, strategic management represents a plan for a company’s management aimed at strengthening its position, customer satisfaction and achieving goals. A well thought strategic vision prepares the company for the future, sets the early directions for development and defines the company's intention to take a specific business position.
