Item Modelul econometric de prognoză pe termen mediu al dezvoltării întreprinderilor mici și mijlocii în Republica Moldova(Artifex, 2021) Ganciucov, Valentina; Gutium, TatianaSustainable economic growth can be ensured through the further development of entrepreneurship. In turn, the development and success of small and medium enterprises are determined by external and internal factors, the manager's ability to predict and take into account changes in impact factors, which requires the organization of monitoring changes in the external environment. It is clear that making effective management decisions requires new tools when business conditions change and variety of factors increased. The use of mathematical modelling methods in the management of business activities provides an important competitive advantage to small and medium enterprises. The forecast of the main indicators of the development of small and medium enterprises for the years 2022-2024 is presented in this article. This research has been supported by the State Program 20.80009.0807.38 “Multidimensional evaluation and development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem at national and regional level in order to boost the small and medium enterprises sector in the Republic of Moldova.”Item Prognoza dezvoltării intreprinderilor mici și mijlocii în Republica Moldova pe termen mediu(INCE, 2022) Ganciucov, ValentinaSunt prezentate un model econometric și o prognoza a principalilor indicatori ai dezvoltarii intreprinderilor mici și mijlocii din Republica Moldova pe termen mediu. Se bazeaza pe un set de ecuații comportamentale și identitați de grup care des relațiile caracteristice dezvoltarii micilor afaceri in republica. Modelul include cinci mari grupuri ale economiei și anume: remitențele (de la moldovenii care lucreaza in strainatate), numarul de intreprinderi, numarul de angajați, volumul veniturilor din vanzari, profitul (+) pierderile (-) inainte de impozitare.Item Evoluția și prognosticul complexului industriei constructoare de mașini din Republica Moldova(Artifex, 2019) Ganciucov, ValentinaThe car-building industry is the locomotive of both the industry and the national economy. Ca să devină mai atrăgătoare pentru investitorii străini, ramura dată trebuie să devină mai transparentă, însă cercetările efectuate au arătat că elemente ale economiei tenebre persistă. Scopul principal al cercetărilor este evaluarea economiei neobservate în complexul industriei constructoare de mașini. Metoda aplica este metoda „input-output”. Cercetările efectuate sau finalizat cu depistarea elementelor economiei tenebre și estimarea pierderilor bugetului de stat.Item Evaluarea economiei tenebre în sectorul real și pierderilor bugetului de stat(INCE, 2018) Gutium, Tatiana; Ganciucov, ValentinaActualitatea cercetărilor propuse este determinată de următorii factori: economiile moderne sunt economii de piață, iar economia tenebră este o parte componentă a oricărei economiei de piață; țările diferă cum după nivelul de dezvoltare așa și după cota economiei neobservate în Produsul Intern Brut; economia tenebră generează atât consecințe negative, cât și pozitive, asupra economiei naționale și societății în întregime, una din consecințe negative reprezintă pierderile bugetului de stat. Scopul articolului dat este de a evalua economia tenebră în sectorul real și de a estima pierderile bugetului de stat cauzate de elementele economiei neobservate. Pentru evaluarea economiei tenebre a fost întocmită balanţa interramurală efectivă. Cu scopul atingerii sarcinilor propuse pe lângă metoda input-output au fost utilizate următoarele metode: analiza comparativă, analiza regresională, metoda calculului analitic, metoda de modelare matematică. Utilizând modelul adaptat de autori a balanței interramurale naturale au fost depistate și evaluate elementele economiei tenebre și estimate pierderile bugetului de stat. În baza rezultatelor obținute au fost elaborate propuneri pentru contracararea economiei tenebre.Item Forecasting production of domestic goods and main macroeconomic indicators(INCE, 2018) Ganciucov, Valentina; Gutium, Tatiana; Ceban, AlexandruManaging both the modern state and the enterprises is impossible without forecasting and elaborating several development scenarios that would take into account the available resources and reflect the most likely results. The forecast has become a part of daily life and a fundamental tool for assessing development prospects. Therefore, the task of improving the economic-mathematical model for the development of forecasts is relevant, especially in modern conditions, when the national economy is subject to many factors, both external and internal. The main goal of the research is to forecast the production of domestic goods and the main macroeconomic indicators using the economic-mathematical model adapted by authors to the new conditions for the development of the Moldovan economy, considering that the share of the non-observed economy in 2016 is less than in the previous year, but remains significant. The main methods used in this study: the "input-output" method, econometric methods of research and forecasting, regression analysis, the method of analytical calculation, the method of mathematical modelling of economic processes. Using the adapted model and taking into account the processes established in the national economy, forecast interbranch balances for 2018 were developed in the division of goods, integrated into five branches of national economy, and forecasts of the main macroeconomic indicators for the Republic of Moldova were developedItem Evolution of the Republic of Moldova's Non-Observed Economy(AGEPI, 2017) Ganciucov, Valentina; Ceban, Alexandru; Gutium, TatianaEvolution of the Republic of Moldova‘s Non-Observed Economy. In this article are described the types, elements and methods of assessment of the Non-Observed Economy. In addition, is analyzed the dynamics of informal sector production, hidden production of formal sector and production of households for own final use in the Republic of Moldova. The authors have analyzed the Non-Observed Economy of EU countries and other groups of countries. Autorii descriu principiile de bază utilizate la elaborarea modelului, funcțiile şi structura lui.Item Estimation of underground economy using natural-valoric inter-branch balances(Complexul Editorial, USEM, 2015) Ganciucov, Valentina; Gutium, TatianaThe article presents the analysis of macroeconomic forecasting process of Moldovan economy on the basis of inter-branch balances. This model is both simple and effective, so that it allows detecting nonstandard phenomena and their impact on the whole economy. Having the statistic data available, inter-branch effective balances in natural terms allow to estimate underground economy. The first model for Moldavian economy was developed in 1991, when was created the first program on computer which allowed to identify macro indicators and relations between them, in line with System of National Accounts.Item Evaluarea economiei neobservate în Republica Moldova pentru anul 2014(USEM, 2016) Ganciucov, Valentina; Gutium, TatianaThis article is devoted to assessing non-observed economy in Moldova for 2014 year. The main objectives were achieved based on input-output balance compiled for 109 goods. The gap between resources and uses allows detection segments of shadow economy. The authors analyzed the causes of non-observed economy and developed measures to combat them.
