    Digitalizarea serviciului public medical în Republica Moldova

    A state with a sustainable economy and healthy society can only exist under conditions of continuous growth of its competitive potential. In the contemporary era, competitive strength can be achieved primarily through innovation and investment in information and communication technologies. Achieving a high level of population health can be achieved thanks to the implementation of IT technologies in the medical sphere as a system for collecting, processing and analyzing medical data. An analysis of the relationship between IT technology and personal healthcare were made. The results of the research are the basis for the development of recommendations for upgrading the health system.

    Evolution of Consumption Expenditures of Population of the Republic of Moldova

    Consumption expenditures is one of the key indicators that reflects the purchasing power of the population. Purchasing power in turn shows the level of social welfare. The population with a stable evolution of consumer spending is at least able to maintain its level of consumption with inflation. In addition, if consumer spending rises in proportion to the level of inflation, there is an increase in welfare and living standards. High level of consumption has positive influence on business. greater aggregate demand will generate more profits, boost company development, and foster job creation. In this study, the affirmation was verified that the consumer price index is one of the factors that influence the standard of living, but not primarily. The following scientific methods were used to approve or reject the statement: scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, graphical and tabular method, comparative analysis method, correlation and regression analysis. In this study there was made comparison of consumption evolution and its structure in the Republic of Moldova and in the European Union to identify the difference in welfare. The linear regression model between the consumer price index and growth rate of household expenditures was elaborated.

    The impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the Moldovan labour market

    In this paper are highlighted and analyzed the tendencies and the particularities of the labour market situation in the Republic of Moldova in the 2019 year and in the first quarter of 2020. The sources of statistical data used in the analysis are the National Bureau of Statistics of Moldova and the results of the surveys of APIUS organization and IOM-UN Migration Agency. In the context of COVID-19 pandemic it’s consequences on the Moldovan labour market are evaluated and prospects of development of the situation are analyzed based on the approved national development strategy for the next decade and on the legislation on the remote work.

    Information age opportunities and digital habits in the Republic of Moldova

    The Customs Service have to be developed not only in the managerial and highly qualified human resources sense, but also in the vector of increasing the digitalization of the service. A technological custom maintains a high degree of protection from smuggling traffic. The continuous technological development of the customs service depends primarily on the possibility of procuring and adapting new technologies to market requirements and the institutional level of the organization. Also, are analyzed the negative effects of massive digitization in the Customs Service and the possibilities of mitigating these effects.

    Perfecționarea politicilor publice privind gestionarea serviciului vamal în contextul asigurării securității naționale a Republicii Moldova

    One of the key elements of the economic security assurance system of the Republic of Moldova is the national customs service. The purpose of this paper is to identify the possibilities of improving the customs service by implementing e-governance principles. Ensuring international trade by the customs authorities of the Republic of Moldova is achieved through the efficient operation of the customs control system. Countries that are part of the global economic system, and are actively involved in international trade, are rapidly developing the customs service and digitizing it intensively. The digitization of the Customs Service will allow the acceleration of international trade and the increase of national security by stopping smuggling attempts. The World Customs Organization is actively involved in the process of developing a unique electronic customs system, which will allow the development of the international market. Finally, there will be the benefits of developing the use of new information technologies in the customs declaration and control process to improve the management of the customs service. In this study, the perception of import-export rights was analyzed in order to identify the importance of the customs service for the country's economy. This paper has been developed within the framework of the Scientific Project for the period 2020-2023, registered in the State Register of projects in the field of science and innovation of the Republic of Moldova with the code 20.80009.0807.29 Project State Program ”Improving the mechanisms for applying innovative instruments aimed at sustainably increasing the welfare of the population of the Republic of Moldova”.

    Analiza comparativă a indicelui progresului social al Republicii Moldova

    In the given paper the authors analyzed the Social Progress Index of the Republic of Moldova in comparison with other states, the indicators of influence, as well as the welfare of the population. In addition, the key problems facing the Republic of Moldova on the given land were highlighted, with the purpose of identifying the ways of imposing the socioeconomic growth amongthe citizens.

    Nivelul de trai al populației Republicii Moldova

    Scopul monografiei constă în elaborarea direcțiilor principale privind creșterea nivelului de trai al populației Republicii Moldova în baza analizei detaliate a situației în acest domeniu în țară și a analizei situației în acest domeniu în țările UE. Atingerea scopului propus este asigurată prin realizarea următoarelor obiective: de a sinteza abordările conceptuale, existente în teoria economică, privind nivelul de trai al populației; de a efectua analiza schimbărilor actuale privind nivelul de trai și condițiile de trai ale populației Republicii Moldova şi de a identifica problemele cele mai grave privind nivelul de trai al populației; de a elabora şi realiza modele econometrice de evaluare a impactului diverşilor factori socio-economici asupra nivelului de trai al populației; de a fundamenta direcţiile principale pentru creșterea nivelului de trai al populației în Republica Moldova; de a elabora propuneri şi recomandări de perfecţionare a situației privind nivelul de trai al populației în Republica Moldova. În procesul de elaborare a prezentei lucrări au fost utilizate următoarele metode: inducţia şi deducţia, sinteza, analiza logică, monografică, comparativă, analiza economică a datelor statistice, metoda sociologică - chestionare, analiza econometrică - metoda modelării regresiei. Noutatea ştiinţifică şi originalitatea lucrării constau în următoarele: a fost efectuat calculul indicelor Szalai (ISzalai), Gatev (IGatev) și Ryabtsev (IRyabtsev) pentru analiza modificărilor structurale a veniturilor disponibile și cheltuielilor de consum ale populației Republicii Moldova în baza metodelor utilizate în practica internaţională; au fost elaborate două modele de regresie liniară multifactorială pentru Republica Moldova: un model al bunăstării (dependență a PIB-ului pe cap de locuitor de factorii economici și sociali) și un model al nivelului de trai al populației (venitul mediu lunar disponibil pe cap de locuitor), aplicând metoda de analiză corelativă, analiza regresivă și utilizând software-ul EViews 9.0; au fost realizată chestionarea locuitorilor țării privind modificarea cheltuielilor de consum în perioada COVID-19. Au fost chestionați 862 respondenți din Republica Moldova din diferite grupuri socio-demografice; au fost elaborate direcții principale pentru îmbunătăţirea politicii sociale orientate spre creșterea nivelului de trai al populației Republicii Moldova.
