    Nivelul și principalele profiluri ale sărăciei populației Republicii Moldova: măsurare și evaluare

    The article describes the methodological approaches adopted in Republic of Moldova to the definition of the poverty line and the calculation of the main indicators of poverty. The analysis of the dynamics of the level, depth and severity of absolute and extreme poverty for 2014-2018 was carried out and it was concluded that the values of these indicators have decreased. In connection with the introduction of some changes in the methodology of the household budget survey, the main poverty indicators for 2019 were analyzed separately. The following poverty profiles were assessed: by the place of residence (city, village, statistical zones); by gender and age of household members; by the number of children in households; by the status of household members in the labour market and the sources of their income.

    Классификация домохозяйств по продолжительности пребывания их в состоянии бедности

    În articol este dezvăluit conceptul gospodăriilor casnice panel. Este efectuată estimarea evoluţiei sărăciei gospodăriilor casnice panel pentru anii 2007-2010 în profilul „ţara în ansamblu”,„oraşe mari”, „alte oraşe”, „sate”. Este elaborată clasificarea statutului gospodăriilor casnice după durata aflării lor în starea de sărăcie. Este arătat că predominantă este sărăcia temporară, ceea ce indică despre şansele destul de bune a gospodăriilor casnice de ieşire din starea de sărăcie.

    Сравнительный анализ уровней относительной бедности в странах ЕС и Республике Молдова

    The features of statistical database formation, on the basis of which is estimated the relative poverty rate in the EU countries, are analyzed in the paper. The comparative analysis of the situation in the EU countries and Republic of Moldova testifies that the indicator of relative poverty rate in Moldova is above than in any EU country. At the same time, an extreme poverty rate in Moldova is below than in six EU countries.

    Оценка основных параметров относительной бедности населения Республики Молдова

    The assessment of a rate, gap and severity of relative poverty are carried out in the paper. It is shown, that the rate of extreme poverty estimated according to the concept of relative poverty is above, than estimated using the officialmethodology. At the same time, a relative poverty rate is essential below than an absolute poverty rate estimated by the official methodology.
