    This article gives a brief overview of the history of the development of foreign, including the European experience of democratization of property, a description of the nature and forms of financial participation of employees in the performance activities of enterprises and the benefits of social partners. In addition, describes the principles and design features of schemes and functioning of systems of the financial participation of employees and their legislative support, and - orientation of public administration relevant systems and the role of unions in the formation and development of the democratization of property, and draw conclusions about the main problems and directions of development of financial participation of employees in the performance activities of enterprises in the Republic of Moldova.

    Conducted in this article an analysis of world practice in the field of development and implementation of cluster strategies can make a number of important general conclusions: the use of the cluster approach is a logical step in the development of the economy and its global distribution can be considered as the main features of all advanced economies; the specifics of the cluster is to provide organizations belonging to it a synergistic effect, which is expressed in increasing the competitiveness of the entire system compared with separate business entities; the hallmark of a cluster is its innovative orientation; conducting cluster policy is based on the organization of interaction between state authorities and local government, business, scientific and educational institutions to coordinate efforts to improve the innovation of production and services; competitive clusters often have developed ties with similar clusters in other regions and countries.

    Страхование инновационных рисков

    The topicality of this article is determined by the necessity to develop the scientific, methodological and methodical foundations of innovative risks insurance. The definition of innovative risk is specified. The innovative risks are classified according to the proposed criteria (the stage of the innovative process, the innovative activity object, the insurability). The efficiency of insurance as one of the method of risk management in innovative activity based on the matrixes of innovative risk-management is established. After a comparative analysis innovative risks insurance markets the authors identified features of the insurance practice. The authors proposed including the insurance premiums cofinancing, the application of mutual insurance technology.
