Abstract
In the current context of the global economy, sustainable economic development represents one of the most pressing challenges facing society. Economic growth can no longer be analyzed solely through the lens of production and consumption expansion but must be integrated into a model that ensures a balance between development, environmental protection, and responsible resource use. Thus, green entrepreneurship, based on the principles of resilience and sustainability, becomes the main direction for building viable long-term economic systems. Through this monograph, the authors aim to analyze the mechanisms and strategies through which the economy can become more sustainable, offering both a theoretical and practical framework on the main concepts associated with sustainable economic development. The study addresses multiple aspects, from the impact of fiscal and budgetary policies on the "green" economy to hazardous waste management and the implementation of circular business models.
