Abstract
Dezvoltarea bibliotecilor din Republica Moldova impune opţiunea dezvoltării strategice prin utilizarea inovaţiilor, tehnologiilor noi, creativității şi a metodelor manageriale progresiste.
Acest fapt permite implementarea de noi servicii produse moderne şi calitative. Planificarea este
abordată de către autor drept una dintre cele mai importante responsabilități ale managementului
unei organizații.
The progress of libraries in the Republic of Moldova requires their strategic development through the use of innovations, new technologies, creativity and radical management methods. This allows to implement modern services and qualitative new products. Author considers planning one of the most important duties in the organization management.
