    Aspectele sociale ale investiţiilor durabile: realizări si perspective

    The 2030 UN Agenda for Sustainable Development has set goals to contribute to sustainable development, promoting the environment and social welfare values. Programs and instruments have been set up for sustainable investment to ensure an adequate financing process and calibrated to sustainable principles. Sustainable investment in the context of financing projects and / or programs designed to contribute to sustainable growth includes a new dimension of investment, both conceptually and methodologically. The EU regulatory framework in the field of sustainable financing, the definition of sustainable investment and the taxonomy relevant to these types of investments, has been adopted and developed in several dimensions. The paper will highlight social aspects of sustainable investment, findings on sustainable investment trends and policies.

    Evoluțiile și perspectivele de dezvoltare a sectorului de creditare nebancară din Republica Moldova, în contextul noii reglementări

    The microfinance sector is an important financial resources provider, and more than this, for some individuals, small entrepreneurs, individual entrepreneurs is the only possibility to obtain money fordevelopment. In recent years the microfinance sector in the Republic of Moldova is in continuously developing and shows stable growth. Recent research in the field highlights the importance and potential of the sector, aswell as a number of shortcomings that have negative implications for final consumers and operating institutions. Thus, in order to ensure a sustainable development, to reduce the systemic risk and to protect the consumers of services, the national supervisory authorities have continuously improved the regulatory framework. The last significant changes in the legislation were made in October 2018. This study reflects the main legal interventions operated by national supervisory authorities and, respectively, the results of the activity of non-bank credit organizations and savings and loan associations until after the legislative changes.

    Инновационный кластер как новая форма интеграции бизнеса: роль науки и образования в развитии кластерных инициатив

    In economically developed countries, the institute for the interaction of science and business is strengthening its position and is based on innovative components. Innovations in clusters represent scientific researches in the field of production and are aimed not only at progress in production, but also at the modern consumer. The cluster approach is an effective tool to take into account the interests of the scientific and educational environment and the business community, creating conditions for the production and implementation of innovations. In conditions of global competition, the possibilities of single companies are limited. Therefore, they are trying to come forward with the state, science and other companies on a united front. The article argues the importance of scientific and educational organizations in the formation and operation of clusters. For this, the following tasks were performed: analysis of the concept of an innovation cluster; characteristic of scientific-innovative, educational and production units within the cluster. Particular attention is paid to the role of the scientific and educational organizations in the cluster, as well as to the mechanism of interaction between science, education and business. At the end of the article measures for the development of cluster initiatives in the country are proposed.

    Role of diaspora investments for the community development

    Cultivating and facilitating diaspora homeland investment has become a significant concern of many national governments and multilateral organizations. Diaspora policy becomes important as a means to strengthen migrants‘ affinity to the country of origin and encourage contributions to economic and social development. In this article we will analyze what determinants motivate diaspora to invest in their homeland for the community development to be able to elaborate adequate policies to involve all migrants working abroad in the country’s development, as well as their return home combined with business investment and knowledge transfer. In the final, there will be elaborated appropriate recommendations to describe what behavioral mechanisms can be exploited by policy-makers to increase the effectiveness of interventions for stimulation of diaspora investments for the community development.
