The purpose of the paper is to analyze one of the most important factors – labor remuneration. The methods of logical and statistical analysis were used. The goal of the work consists in conclusions and proposals on reducing the negative phenomenon in the sphere of labor remuneration – "gray wages" in the Republic of Moldova.Item Неоднозначные итоги эволюции заработной платы за 2005-2015 годы в Республике Молдова(Complexul Editorial al INCE, 2016) Guslicova, NataliaActualitatea articolului este confirmată de necesitatea monitorizării continue a factorilor care afectează dezvoltarea socio-economică a țării. Scopul acestui articol este de a analiza unul dintre cei mai importanți factori – remunerarea muncii, în 2015 și pentru perioada 2005-2015. S-au utilizat metodele logice și de analiză statistică. Rezultatele constau în formarea concluziilor și înaintarea propunerilor de politici privind remunerarea muncii, în scopul îmbunătăţirilor calitative pe calea creșterii economice a Republicii Moldova.
