Item Application of the econometric apparatus for estimating some parameters in the field of gender equality on the Moldovan labour market(Performantica, 2019) Naval, Elvira; Colesnicova, TatianaThe main goal of thisarticle is to evaluatethe perception ofgender inequality based on the selected data from the questionnaireon gender problems (latest results), elaborated by the team of the STCU project. From the twenty-eight indicators of this questionnaire there were selected five, namely: the perception of existence of inequality in the workplace, gender, age, the level of educationand the sector of economic activity. Using the obtained data, gender inequality in the workplace has been estimated in the paperwith the fourremaining indicators. As a result, a regression function was defined. The determined regression function was estimated and analyzed.Item Cu privire la estimarea indicatorilor de creştere inovaţională(IEFS, 2012) Naval, Elvira; Turcan, AureliaIn this paper some approach to the inovation indicator evaluation are examined. The supply side is modeled by Cobb-Douglas production functin. In the base of this function Total Factor Productivity indicator, which not depend on factors of productin, but on the other socio-economic indicators, is calculated.Item Determinarea ritmului de creștere al produsului intern brut în condiții pandemice(INCE, 2022) Naval, ElviraThe main ghoul of these notes is referred to formulation and solving of the optimal control problem for the Growth Domestic Product evolution in a pandemic. Deterministic economic optimal control problem for the Republic of Moldova has been presented. The equilibrium growth rate of the Gross Domestic Product evolution in a pandemic is obtained. The maximum principle had beenapplied. Solution of the deterministic optimal control growth problem following this approach has been gotten.Item Dinamica răspândirii epidemiei virusului Omicron în Republica Moldova(INCE, 2022) Naval, ElviraNew strain of the Coronavirus infection Omicron is more contagious than precedent one Delta. In the Republic of Moldova at this moment the number of infected achieves more than five thousand cases. Such situation affects health care system creating crises in hospitalisation. While the number of lethal cases are less than earlier, life of the human is threatened. To surpass such situation it is necessary to extend the number of disponible spaces to quarantine a portion of susceptible, exposed, and infected population, intending to reduce the spread of the coronavirus. The dynamic modelling of Omicron spread dynamic will be shown. The dynamic system of Omicron spread without optimal control will be formulated, aimed to minimize the number of infected population.Item Evoluția virusului Omicron şi a virusului gripal în Moldova(INCE, 2023) Naval, ElviraNew strain Omicron of the Coronavirus infection together with influenza virus is more contagious than only Omicron by itself. While numbers of lethal cases are less than earlier, life of the human is threatened, especially, in case of the children of an early age. Pontryagin Maximum Principle will be applied to the dynamic modeling of Omicron and Influenza virus in order to determine optimal solution aimed to minimize the number of infected population and control measures.Item Impactul diminuării discriminării de gen asupra creşterii sustenabile în Republica Moldova(INCE, 2018) Colesnicova, Tatiana; Naval, ElviraThe main goal of this article is referred to evaluating of a production function depending of two factors of production: capital and labor, labor being separated into man and woman involved in production processes. Optimization problem was formulated and solved. It is necessary to maximize Gross Domestic Product supposed to labor restriction. Item Modelarea creşterii economice bazate pe cercetare-dezvoltare(IEFS, 2011) Naval, ElviraIn this paper endogenous growth models bazed on the R&D are discassed. Starting with the argumentation that ideas or knowledge are one type of the public goods, which are non-reval and non-excludable, imperfect competition is necessary condition for technical progress appearence. The existence of monopoly rents incentivize private agents to do research, resulting in the creation of new products and production processes. Two types of the models are examined. The quality-ladder model of growth in which technological advancement is built on the process of creative destruction. And the model of variety expansion where increasing of inputs drives long-run growth. The problem of its models adaptation to the Moldavian economy are examined. Conclusions and proposals are given.Item Modelarea matematică în suportul restructurării sectorului agrar(IEFS, 2012) Mocanu, Natalia; Naval, ElviraThe article studied the problem of debt econometric estimation of agricultural enterprises in order to analyze its impact on the development of agricultural enterprises. Was estimated broad information on agricultural businesses both within cities and districts of Moldova. In support of the idea of holding training is proposed agri-food economic-mathematical model, which is a modification of the model [1] by applying it to complex agribusiness. The investigated composition includes random shocks that affect agriculture and industries fully examined in particular.Item Modelul de calcul de echilibru general la evaluarea creşterii economice(INCE, 2015) Naval, ElviraIn present notes Calculated General Equilibrium Model (CGEM) with four factors of production inclusive land and research factors is proposed for economic growth evaluation. Constant Elasticity Substitution and Constant Elasticity Transformation production functions are considered for Republic of Moldova economy description. Social Accounting Matrix (SAM) construction for calibrating purposes is examined.Item The multiple criteria optimization model for the Republic of Moldova(Performantica, 2020) Naval, ElviraThe main goal of this article is to present optimization model for Moldova with multiple criteria, based on the input-output and computable general equilibrium approaches. Here demand and supply models are studied as integrated one composite input-output model. Such presentation carries on the fact that input-output models have dual presentation in demand and supply models. Based on this principle, computable general equilibrium model was examined. Simultaneously, balanced prices between demand and supply were determined. Multiple criteria non-linear programming is applied to balance between output and as well as the prices of demand and supply. Equilibrium is obtained as optimal solution among multiple criteria non-linear programming solutions.Item Sinthetic gender equality index elaboration of an moldovan research institute(2020) Naval, ElviraThese notes considered problem of the Composite Indicators construction using gender data base elaborated on the data framework about researches of the one academic institute from Republic of Moldova. For this study synthetic index has been evaluated using six domains: work, money, knowledge, time, power and health. Gender Equality Index construction theory has been applied. Data about this entire domain were collected from the elaborated Gender Data Base.Item Some approaches to gender problem examination in Republic of Moldova(Artifex, 2020) Naval, Elvira; Colesnicova, TatianaIn this article four approaches to gender problem examination in Republic of Moldova were proposed and discussed.
