It is considered through the prism of production functions, i.e. defined as basic technology formation, or as a company, which is a set of long-term contracts. Detachment of technological and commercial functions reflects the existence of two microeconomic problems: management of manufacturing process and related problems solutions, as well as interaction with other market agents. Theory of regulation is not confined to one of these problems; it covers the full range of analysis of problems related to the functioning of a modern enterprise. The problem of the enterprise as a way of coordination is one of the bottlenecks of the neoclassical theory. Due to the duality of solved problems it focuses primarily on market mechanisms. And it has led to a misunderstanding of the nature of economic units, which could explain the efficient organization of their activities in the regulation of economic processes. Analysis of organizations (companies) can not be reduced to their extern economic activities. To do this, we should first take into account what happens inside these organizations, where certain decisions are made.Item Raporturile statului cu sectorul afacerilor: interacţiunea dintre instituţii şi organizaţii(IEFS, 2012) Fabian, EcaterinaThe major objective of the article is to expose a reflection on interaction between state institutions and organizations of the business sector on economic performance. It exemplifies the importance of interactions between economic and state institutions in shaping economic performance, and how organizations and institutions interact, producing different outputs. The article argues the possibility to quantify both aspects/variables of these types of institutional interaction (not of all), and to determine their effects on economic performance and, second, that effective relationship between business and state whether guided by formal or informal rules and relationships are the product of processes "played" by state organizations and the business sector.
