Item The digital quality of life in the world: the assessment and comparative analysis(INCE, 2022) Colesnicova, Vlada; Doga, ValeriuThe article compared different countries in the world on the fundamental pillars that define the digital quality of life. The Digital Quality of Life (DQL) index is analyzing the impact of five basic pillars: internet accessibility, connection quality, e-infrastructure, digital security, and e-government. In 2022 the top of the DQL index is Israel followed by Denmark, Germany, France, Sweden, Netherlands, Finland, Japan, UK, South Korea. The global Digital Quality of Life index 2022 calculated for 117 countries in the world and covering 92% of the world's population, shows an increase in digital quality of life in the Republic of Moldova in 2022 compared to the previous years. The Republic of Moldova ranks 54th from 117 countries in the world and 33rd in Europe from 38 countries, with an increasing index compared to 2021. In 2022 Moldova’s rank of internet affordability is 13, internet quality - 64, e-infrastructure - 67, e-security - 53 and e-government - 70. This paper has been developed within the framework of the Scientific Project for the period 2020-2023, registered in the State Register of projects in the field of science and innovation of the Republic of Moldova with the code 20.80009.0807.29 Project State Program ”Improving the mechanisms for applying innovative instruments aimed at sustainably increasing the welfare of the population of the Republic of Moldova”.Item Geographical information system in ecology: analysis and perspectives(Complexul Editorial, INCE, 2021) Colesnicova, VladaThe study provides analysis of implementation the Geographical Information System in the field of ecology and natural resource management. Using the Geographic Information System, it is possible to simulate the development of various accidents and natural and man-made disasters. For example, the consequences of hurricanes, volcanic eruptions or oil spills, as well as the influence of permanent pollutants. One of the most promising ways to improve the efficiency of agricultural production management is to use information systems based on geoinformation technologies (GIS- technologies). All this will create conditions for the sustainable development of rural areas, which is one of the most important strategic objectives of state policy in many countries, the achievement of which allows to ensure food security, increase the competitiveness of the economy and the welfare of citizens.Item The influence of information technologies on improving people's quality of life: global experience(INCE, 2022) Doga, Valeriu; Colesnicova, VladaThis article presents data from various well-known global analytical companies about the major volume of the global wearable electronics market in 2020 and the main trends in this industry. Also, the paper analyzes the leading companies in the wearable electronics market, such as Apple, Xiaomi, Huawei, Samsung, Garmin, Fitbit, Amazfit, etc. The different types of electronic devices and their classification are given, such as: self-directed wearables electronic (healthcare), smart-house, environment. Even today, improvements are being made in medical equipment and services, software, and the promotion of human health research in today's environment. The widespread use of information technologies in the medicine of the future will lead to patients monitoring their own health, for example, using a smartphone or various medical electronic devices. A doctor will be needed, mostly as a consultant and partner. Patients will keep their own health records and take an active part in their own treatment. Routine health care measures will increasingly devolve to patients. Queues in hospitals and clinics will be reduced, and specialists' time will be freed up to care for patients who do require the personal presence of a physician. Acest articol prezinta date de la diverse companii analitice globale bine-cunoscute cu privire la volumul major al pieței globale de electronice portabile in 2020 și la principalele tendințe din aceasta industrie. De asemenea, articolul analizeaza principalele companii de pe piața electronicelor portabile, cum ar fi Apple, Xiaomi, Huawei, Samsung, Garmin, Fitbit, Amazfit, etc. Sunt prezentate diferitele tipuri de dispozitive electronice și clasificarea acestora, cum ar fi: electronice portabile (sanatate), smart-house, mediu. Chiar și in prezent, se fac imbunatațiri in ceea ce privește echipamentele și serviciile medicale, software-ul și promovarea cercetarii in domeniul sanatații umane in mediul actual. Utilizarea pe scara larga a tehnologiilor informaționale in medicina viitorului va conduce la monitorizarea propriei sanatați de catre pacienți, de exemplu, cu ajutorul unui smartphone sau a diferitelor dispozitive electronice medicale. Va fi nevoie de un medic, mai ales in calitate de consultant și partener. Pacienții iși vor pastra propriile dosare de sanatate și vor participa activ la propriul tratament. Masurile de rutina in materie de sanatate vor reveni din ce in ce mai mult pacienților. Cozile din spitale și clinici vor fi reduse, iar timpul specialiștilor va fi eliberat pentru a se ocupa de pacienții care au nevoie de prezența personala a unui medic.
