    Financial stability is very important for an economy. Vital activities for an economy, like payments, currency exchange, companies’ acquisitions, funding and others, are realized by the means of financial institutions. Consequently, the financial system’s crisis can lead to important economic blockages, measured as direct losses, as well as decreasing economic growth rates or even in more severe cases – recession.
