    Crizele financiare: concepte, forme şi canale de transmisie

    Criza financiară reprezintă un set de acoperiri sistematice a pieţelor financiare şi a instituţiilor din sectorul financiar, circulaţia monetară, finanţele internaţionale, finanţele publice, municipale şi corporative. Fenomenul când criza financiară poate fi mutată de la o organizaţie la alta sau chiar de la o ţară la alta se numeşte contagiune financiară. Contagiunea financiară poate fi, de asemenea, un declanşator de criză valutară, criza financiară, criza economică la nivel internaţional şi intern. Scopul principal al acestui articol este de a reflecta concepte, forme şi mecanisme de transmitere a crizei financiare si contagiune şi importanţa studiilor sale de politici financiare elaborare si promovare.

    Money creation issues approaches

    Money in the current system means debt. Consequently, the way, in the current system, that we have to have money is to borrow it. One of the ways that the economy was kept going was by providing cheap credits to people who couldn‘t really afford things anymore. Banks create new money whenever they extend credits. The amount of money they‘re creating out of nothing is just incredible. Of course, this newly created money is being distributed according to the priorities of the banking sector, not the priorities of society. There are two main issues with allowing banks to create money. Firstly, by creating money when they make loans, banks impose that a healthy growing economy has to exist, which is not always the case. The second big issue with allowing the banks to create money is their incentive to always create more. They create more money if they issue a loan. If you trust bankers to control the money supply, it will just continuously grow, as the level of debt will do, until the point when it crashes.

    For centuries the mechanics of the money system have remained hidden from the prying eyes of the populace. Its impact, both on a national and international level, is perhaps unsurpassed. In fact, the monetary system provides the mainstay for international dominance and national control. Is hard without crisis to change economic or political system but often those who are set up to defend the interests of the people and state as a whole, authorities, reject what doesn‘t fit well with what they like. Today, as these mainstays are being shaken by crises, the need for open and honest dialogue on the future system is at its highest level.

    Prospects for triggering the crisis and related investment opportunities

    Crisis occurred, is occurring and will occur. Each crisis comes with threats and opportunities. Thmain problem is the difficulty to predict or to anticipate them. Never less, it is possible to not repepassed mistakes. Accurate forecasting is difficult and today we don‘t have enough tools to maexact forecast. It is almost impossible to find a model of investment opportunities. During tongoing EU integration process of Republic of Moldova, people realize that EU is not perfect. It note worthy to remember some historical facts of the country. Republic of Moldova took part ofvery unequal Soviet Union and the fear of a similar organism is still present in society spirit. In thsame time, the opportunity of solving some problems together with other European countricannot be neglected
