Changing the budget legislation and radical reform of the tax on the background of the world has intensified destabilization issue of efficient functioning of the economy. The work investigated the conditions for stable economic growth, the factors affecting the implementation of an effective fiscal policy, and the basic principles of fiscal policy in times of economic growth
