Funding mechanisms are provided by the Common Agricultural Policy, both through Pillar I and Pillar II. In agriculture, the transition from conventional to organic farming generates costs. These costs vary according to the type of crop, the size of the farm, the existing infrastructure, the level of knowledge and skills of the farmer. The study aims to determine the costs of transitioning from conventional wheat cultivation to organic farming.
