The labor market in Moldova has trained and evaluated as a market imbalances that systematically, labor supply, global, by sector, etc. demand is higher socio-economic system. Labor market imbalances are determined mainly by economic factors that have led to decreased demand for labor, and prolonged due to drastic decline of the economy, the incoherence and inconsistencies in terms of economic reform. Unemployment is considered as a negative factor affecting economic development in all countries to varying degrees, especially in underdeveloped and transition to market economy.
