Finally, what is very important for countries in transition, particularly for Republic of Moldova, serve as a source of direct foreign investment to renovate the country's production apparatus for the location of investment, as an efficient means to increase export competitiveness. The advantage of direct foreign investment and transnational companies is that they do not create external debt. On the contrary, they generate jobs increase; leading to the modernization of local production, contribute to the development of stable relations of economic cooperation with foreign partners of local firms.Item Şomajul – dezechilibru macroeconomic pe piaţa muncii(IEFS, 2011) Moroi, Elena; Todorova, LiudmilaOne of the primary purposes of the market economy taking place in Moldova is primarily the creation and consolidation of a new economic mechanism based on market relations, able to ensure, in future, sustainable economic development and a continued increase in quality of life. The labor market in Moldova has trained and evaluated as a market imbalances that systematically, labor supply, global, by sector, etc. demand is higher socio-economic system. Labor market imbalances are determined mainly by economic factors that have led to decreased demand for labor, and prolonged due to drastic decline of the economy, the incoherence and inconsistencies in terms of economic reform. Unemployment is considered as a negative factor affecting economic development in all countries to varying degrees, especially in underdeveloped and transition to market economy. In general terms, unemployment is the negative state of the economy affecting part of the working population available through non-occurrence by job.Item Модель системы стратегического управления аграрных предприятий Республики Молдова(IEFS, 2012) Baranov, Elena; Moroi, ElenaManagement systems are the object of cybernetics science, but they are so complex that they can only be understood with the help of models. First recursive model of the enterprise was built by Stafford Beer in 1972 as a "viable system model", which became a prototype of a human, and its goal is survival. In this paper we consider another recursive model of the system model, based on a goal set for the system and the strategy for achieving this goal.
